Wellington T Hines was born [[Sep 20]], 1907 in Kentucky, probably in Butler County, the son of William Temple Hines, by his wife Florence Bush Spencer.

Wellington attended the US Naval Academy in Anne Arundel County, Maryland and sometime between 1930 and 1939 he married Mary K Davidson (1910-1988).

They had two children, one boy and one girl.

Wellington died [[Nov 9]], 1994, probably at his last residence Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky.

William Temple Hines was born on [[Nov 3]], 1877 in Kentucky.

He lived originally in Butler County, Kentucky which may be where he married his wife Florence Bush Spencer about 1905.  By 1917 they are living in Warren County.  Perhaps Florence was from that place.  William was a cashier in a bank for a number of years and in later life a securities salesman.

William Hines died [[Feb 23]], 1975 in Warren County, Kentucky where he also resided.
