Fletcher in the US and he lives in Kyles Ford TN near an Anthony Smith.  Their names are 10 apart on the same census sheet.  Anthony Smith is the son-in-law to Thomas A. Fletcher brn 1749 who was a Revolutionary War vet.  Thomas A. lived to be 94 and was with Anthony Smith and wife (the daughter of Thomas A.) in his final years.
