But by 1936 he is again "Curtis Dall of New York". Several times it's mentioned that he is visiting Governor Herring of Iowa. There is the barest mention that Curtis is suing ''Time Magazine'' for libel in 1935 or '36 but with no details, but then in 1937 we get the details.
