Day and, from 1956 to 1962, was a partner in the exchange firm of Theodore Tsolainos & Co.  Surviving besides his son Montgomery, are his widow, Mrs. Ethel Fogg Clift; another son, William Jr.; a daughter, Mrs. Robert C. McGinnis; a brother, Rhotan; a sister, Mrs. Florence Horton, and nine grandchildren."
