==Entry 154== On motion, ordered that James W Pendleton be appointed to receive proposals for building a house for the purpose of holding court in. Said building to be a good frame twenty feet square, one story high (nine feet story) a good and sufficient stone chimney. Lower floor to be jointed and well laid but not planed. Sealed on the inside with three quarter plank, said plank to be planed, tongued and groved, to be covered with good pine or oak shingles. Three windows of fifteen lights each, glass to be 8 by 10 and one good door of sufficient size, all to be done in workmanlike manner and report the same at the next term of this court; the said contractor to furnish all the materials necessary for the completion of said building.
