He married Ollie Shackleford between 1918 and 1920, probably in Clark County, Arkansas.  They had one child who is still living.  Ollie filed for divorce in 1928 in Peoria "...the address listed for him was unknown."  He has no tombstone at Rose Hill Cemetery in Arkadelphia but "Dudley's family is buried there."
