She was in the 1958 live television presentation "live from New York" of ''Harvey'' starring Art Carney, which had already been a hit on Broadway.  A special guest star in this show as [[Marion Lorne]], who would later become Bewitched's "Aunt Clara".

Elizabeth Montgomery married thirdly director-producer William Asher.  An AP article in the ''Press-Telegram'' of Long Beach, dated 18 Jan 1964 quotes Elizabeth as saying that she married William Asher in Juarez, Mexico on 26 Oct 1963 and that there were expecting a child in the Summer.
