Know all men by these presents that we Winney St Clair as principal and John W St Clair and Robert H Adams as her securities are held and firmly bound until the State of Arkansas in its ... wereof ... and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs and jointly severally and firmly by these presence [sic] sealed with our seals and being dated this 23rd of January 1857

The condition of the above obligation is such that after above bounded Winney St Clair Administrix of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of Thomas C St Clair deceased shall make or cause to be made ... inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits [of the?] deceased which have or may come to the hands possession or knowledge of her the said Winney St Clair or into the hands or possession of any other person for her and the same so made shall shall [unto?] and exhibit in the office of the Clerk of the Court of Probate for the County of Franklin within sixty days from the date of the above obligation and all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of the deceased which shall come into the
