Many years after George's death, his three surviving children file a lawsuit against E P G Tackett, et al claiming mismanagement of the estate. E P G Tacket had been the administrator.  The lawsuit dragged on for several years, and contains several depositions.  In one of these, a Emily Honeywell, age 41 at 11 Nov 1884, states that "George was my uncle"
