In late 1936, or early 1937, Margaret Sullavan married her last husband, Fonda's agent Leland Hayward and "lived just down the street" in California, this according to his daughter Jane.  Jane goes on to state, that at a later time, after the Fonda's had moved to Connecticut, the Haywards also moved there and the children were all friends with each other. This would have been perhaps in the late 1940s or early 1950s.  Margaret Sullavan eventually committed suicide in the 1960's.  Her daughter Brooke Hayward (b 1937) wrote a book ''Haywire'' about her parents Margaret and Leland Hayward.
