==Edward Francis Blewitt== Edward Francis Blewitt was born 2 Jan 1859 in New Orleans, Louisiana, the son of Patrick Blewitt and Catharine Scanlon. Edward Francis Blewitt married firstly in Scranton in 1879 to Mary Ellen Stanton (d. 1887) and secondly in 1891 to Mary Ann Blackwell. He was a civil engineer; Scranton city engineer, 1883-93; member of Pennsylvania state senate, 1907-10.
