A short time later, Kenneth moved back to Long Beach, alone.  In her book Sara Davidson, quoting Rock's later friends, states that Kenneth "moved back to Long Beach and fell apart".  Kenneth G Hodge died 23 Dec 1972 in Los Angeles County.
