Born 6 Jul 1826 at Indianapolis, Marion County, [[Indiana]] to Simeon Briggs and Katherine Garnet.  Her parent's names come from the Family Data Collection (see below), but are also repeated in the Ancestral File.  This same complete grouping, her, spouse, her parents, repeats in the Sealings for the Dead 1965-1970 in the IGI, so someone submit it at least that early.
