Page 916 : "Sir Henry Cavendish, the first baronet, born April 15, 1707 (eldest son of William Cavendish, esq. of Doveridge Hall, by Mary, daughter of Sir Timothy Tyrrell, of Shotover, in Oxfordshire,) was appointed teller of the exchequer in Ireland, by his relation, William, the third duke of Devonshire, lord lieutenant of Ireland, in 1737; and was created an English baronet, May 7, 1755; he married, in 1730, Anne, daughter and coheiress of Henry Pyne, of Waterpark, in the county of Cork, esq. (by Anne, sister of Sir Richard Edgecumbe, ancestor of the earls of Mount Edgecumbe,) son of Sir Richard Pyne, of Waterpark, lord chief justice of Ireland, by lady Lucy, daughter of the duke of Montagu, and had issue, sir Henry, the second baronet; and Pyne, married in 1768, the hon. and rev. Maurice Crosbie, dean of Limerick....Sir Henry, died Dec 31, 1776 and was succeeded by his eldest son, sir Henry...."
