Commonly known as Bill Clinton, he was born William Jefferson Blythe III at the Julia Chester Hospital in Hope, [[Hempstead County, Arkansas]] on [[Aug 19]], 1946. His parents were William Jefferson Blythe, Jr. and his wife Virginia Dell Cassidy.
