When the house lands, it lands on the witch, and the Munchkins sing about how "the witch to satisfy an itch when riding on her broomstick thumbing for a hitch", so the house landed on her. So the witch who was killed by the house was Miss Gulch/Witch of the East, and it's her sister that is the Witch of the West. | ||
