On 4 Jul 09 I started noticing a large discrepancy between the number of page views reported on the My Knols page, and the number reported on the page of any particular knol itself. I don't know why this discrepancy exists. The number in parenthesis is the number reported by My Knols.
Starting around 15 Jul 09 this issue with the number of pageviews reported by My Knols, and the number reported on the page itself seems to have been corrected. The listing order at My Knols, when you select "Sort by Pageviews" is still screwed up, evidently sorting them by the order they once had, instead of the order they now have.

I opened a knol wherein each knol author can recommend one knol for attention by fellow knol authors and visitors. The knol can be changed periodically.

Your top viewed authors knol can have more commentary by you on what is happening to knol viewership in general. Also I think page views of top 50 or 100 authors can be given as a cumulative figure and some comments can be made on that also. I appreciate you on this painstaking record keeping.
I am presently undertaking development of an interestng knols directory subjectwise.

Authors can include their knols having more than 500 page views in sub-directories of the concerned topic
