1 Helena Bonham-Carter
Helena Bonham-Carter was born 26 May 1966 in Golders Green, London, the daughter of Raymond Bonham-Carter, who had been a merchant banker and his wife Elena Propper de Callejon, who is currently a psychotherapist.

Her first starring film role was as Lady Jane Grey in Lady Jane (1986), which was given mixed reviews by critics.

In 2001, she began a relationship with director Tim Burton.  They have two children: Billy Raymond Burton born 4 Oct 2003; and Nell Burton born 15 Dec 2007.

2 Raymond Bonham-Carter
Raymond Bonham-Carter was born 19 June 1929, the second son of Maurice Bonham-Carter and his wife Violet Asquith.  His elder brother Mark became a publisher and politician, and was created a life peer in 1986.

Raymond was educated at St. Ronan's School, Hawkhurst, Winchester College and Magdalen College, Oxford, graduating in 1952. He then went to Harvard.

He married in 1958 to Elena Propper de Callejon.  As a merchant banker, he held senior posts with the Bank of England (1958–1963), the International Monetary Fund (1961–1963), Warburgs (1963–1977), and the Department of Industry (1977–1979).  He died 17 January 2004.

3 Elena Propper de Callejon
She was born the daughter of Eduardo Propper de Callejon, a Spanish diplomat.  In 1958 she married Raymond Bonham-Carter.  She is currently a psychotherapist.

4 Maurice Bonham-Carter
He was born his parents third son and youngest child 11 October 1880 at Paddington in London, to Henry Bonham-Carter and his wife Sibella Charlotte Norman.  His elder brothers were Edgar Bonham-Carter (1870-1956) a lawyer, and General Charles Bonham-Carter (1876-1955), Governor of Malta.  Maurice was called to the bar in 1909.  He was the principal private secretary to Prime Minister H.H. Asquith, whose daughter he then married 30 Nov 1915.  He became a leading figure in the British Liberal party.  Knighted.  He died 7 June 1960.  He is buried in the churchyard at Mells in Somerset.

5 Violet Asquith
She was born 15 April 1887 to Herbert Henry Asquith, by his first wife Helen Melland who died of Typhoid Fever in 1891, when Violet was four years old.  Her father married again in 1894, to Margot Tennant (1864-1945). Herbert had two surviving children by Margot, Elizabeth in 1897 and Anthony in 1902.  Herbert became Prime Minister in 1908, when the family moved from Cavendish Square into 10 Downing Street.

After a visit by the poet William Watson, he wrote a scathing poem that he claimed was a mixture of her and her step-mother.  For this he was scorned by polite society, but afterward knighted.

She gave speeches, and is noted as visiting America, perhaps for this purpose.

In 1915, she married her father's principal private secretary Maurice Bonham-Carter.  With Maurice, she had four children, including Raymond, the father of the actress Helena Bonham-Carter.

She was a politician and orator.  She was a friend of Winston Churchill.  She was President of the Liberal Party for two years 1945-1947.  She was made a life peeress as Baroness Asquith of Yarnbury in 1964.  She died 19 February 1969.  She died of a heart attack, aged 82, and was interred at Mells Church, Somerset.

7 Helene Fould-Springer
She was born the daughter of Baron Eugene Fould-Springer and his wife  Marie Cecile von Springer.  A member of the "noted Austrian-French Jewish banking family".  Her sister was the French philanthropist Liliane (1916–2003), the wife of Baron Elie de Rothschild, of the prominent Rothschild family

8 Henry Bonham-Carter
He was born 15 Feb 1827, the son of John Bonham-Carter (1788-1838) and Johanna Maria Smith. On 10 Jun 1862 when he is called "Esq, of Keston" at Bromley Common Church, he married Sibella Charlotte Norman. They had twelve children. She died 7 Oct 1916.  He died 22 Mar 1921.

9 Sibella Charlotte Norman
She was born 27 Mar 1837 in Bromley, Kent and christened 7 Jul 1837 at Bromley, the eldest daughter of George Warde Norman, Esq of Bromley Common, Kent and his wife Sibella Stone.  On 10 Jun 1862 at Bromley Common Church, she married Henry Bonham-Carter. They had twelve children. He died 22 Mar 1921. She died 7 Oct 1916, "age 79" in Petersfield, Hampshire.

He was born 12 Sep 1852 in Morley, West Yorkshire, England to Joseph Dixon Asquith (10 February 1825 – 16 June 1860) and his wife Emily Willans (4 May 1828 – 12 December 1888).

He was called to the bar in 1876.  He was referred to in public only as "H H Asquith".  He was first elected to Parliament in 1886.

His first wife Helen Kelsall Melland whom he married 23 Aug 1877 in Manchester, died of Typhoid Fever in 1891, after giving him five children.  He became Home Secretary in 1892.  In 1894 he married again to Margot Tennant.  He had two surviving children by Margot, Elizabeth in 1897 and Anthony in 1902.  He became Prime Minister of Great Britain 1908-1916.  Lord Alfred Douglas wrote a poem about Margot.  He became 1st Earl of Oxford and Asquith in 1925.  He was confined to a wheelchair at the end of his life.  Herbert died 15 Feb 1928 at his house"The Wharf" in Sutton Courtney.  He is buried at All Saints' Church, Sutton Courtenay (now in Oxfordshire).

She was born the daughter of Frederick Melland.  She married Herbert Henry Asquith in 1877 in Manchester, they had five children.  She died 11 Sep 1891 at Lamlash in the Isle of Arran of Typhoid Fever.

18 George Warde Norman
He was born in 30 Sep 1793 in Bromley, Kent, the son of George Norman, by his wife Charlotte Beadon.  As George Warde Norman, Esq, he married on 12 Oct 1830 at St George, Hanover Square, to Sibella Stone of Harrow, co Middlesex.  Their eldest daughter Sibella Charlotte Norman was born in 1838/9.  George was not enumerated with Sibella in the 1841 Census, but he was in the 1851 Census.  He was involved in the timber trade with Norway, he was a director of the Bank of England, he was a writer on finance.  He died 4 Sep 1882 at Bromley Common, Kent.

She was born in 1810/11, the daughter of Henry Stone of the Bengal Civil Service, and sometime after 1830, a partner in the banking firm of Stone and Martin.  As Sibella Stone of Harrow, co Middlesex, she married on 12 Oct 1830 at St George, Hanover Square, to George Warde Norman, Esq.

He was born 10 February 1825.  He married Emily Willans (4 May 1828 – 12 December 1888).    He was a wool merchant.  They were the parents of Herbert Henry Asquith, later Prime Minister of England 1908-1916.  Joseph died 16 June 1860.

She was born 4 May 1828 the daughter of William Willans, a wool stapler.  She married Joseph Dixon Asquith (10 February 1825 – 16 June 1860).  They were the parents of Herbert Henry Asquith, later Prime Minister of England 1908-1916. She died 12 December 1888
