    In this article I am going to run through a list of people known primarily as actors, who happen also to be gay, but not pornographic actors, and pick out those ones who I perceive as "famous".


    Of course the most famous gay actors were Dirk Bogarde, Raymond Burr, Richard Chamberlain, Graham Chapman, Noël Coward, Rupert Everett, William Haines, Rock Hudson, Tab Hunter, Tommy Kirk, Roddy McDowall, Ian McKellen, Ramón Novarro, and Cesar Romero I'm sure some of the other gay actors below would like to be in this most famous list, but they just haven't quite made the cut yet.
